As a Senior People Business Partner at Bloomreach, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformation and building a world-class organisation focused on Go-To-Market (GTM) including Marketing, Revenue and Customer Success. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with leaders and their teams in GTM, supporting in making effective decisions, managing change, and fostering our unique culture. Across our global presence, with teams spanning continents, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and champion of our values, ensuring alignment and advocacy in the EMEA market. 

Working in one of our Western European offices or virtually on a full-time basis, you´ll become a core part of the People Team (known elsewhere as HR team).

Your job will be to:

  1. People Advisory: Provide guidance to leaders on key people-related topics including performance enablement, leadership development, organisational structure, recognition, compensation, and employee relations
  2. Employee Engagement: Interact with Bloomreach employees to offer counsel on career development and other people-related matters, fostering engagement and professional growth. Partner with the broader People team to cultivate an environment at Bloomreach that fosters the success and satisfaction of our people. 
  3. Compliance Assurance: Work closely with the People Operations team and Legal Counsel to ensure compliance with labour regulations across various European jurisdictions
  4. Strategic Partnership: Act as a thought partner to leaders in GTM in EMEA, supporting them in creating high-performing and diverse organisations to achieve ambitious growth targets
  5. Change Management: Become a trusted partner in change management, leveraging data to identify and address critical challenges with speed and efficiency
  6. Cultural Ambassadorship: Exemplify our values and culture, serving as a role model and advocate within the organisation

Your success story will be:

  • In 30 days, you will understand our context, meet all the key stakeholders and get to know the company
  • In 60-90 days, you will drive initiatives to effectively manage employee performance, foster alignment between teams, and lead the performance review process for enhanced organisational effectiveness in GTM across EMEA

You have the following experience and qualities:

Professional experience

  • Proven track record of partnering with leaders in customer-centric functions to drive organisational effectiveness and employee engagement across EMEA
  • Preferably experience of working in fast-growing technology companies
  • Experience with labour law and labour practices in at least 2 of the following countries: Netherlands, France, Germany, Slovakia - understanding labour law and typical practices in tech companies
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience

Personal qualities

  • Data driven problem solver with good project management skills and ability to prioritise
  • Approachable with strong customer orientation
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, challenging the status quo and taking part in complex strategy discussions.
