Kevin Verdonschot MSc AA has a comprehensive work experience history. Kevin started their career at Crowe Horwath Foederer in 2008 as an Assistant Accountant (Staff) and worked in that role until 2011. Kevin then joined Joanknecht, where they worked in various positions, including Assistant Accountant (Staff) from 2011 to 2014, Assistant Accountant (Senior) from 2014 to 2016, and Senior - Business en ICT from 2017 to 2018.

In 2019, Kevin joined Bloomreach as a Senior Accountant EMEA and was responsible for managing the statutory and GAAP books of Bloomreach Netherlands, UK, and Germany. Kevin also played a crucial role in setting up the internal-control framework and managing external audits. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Global Accounting Manager, where they continued to oversee the financial operations of the company and led the global consolidation process, including transfer-pricing calculations. Since November 2021, Kevin has been serving as a Senior Manager Business Process Improvement (BPI) at Bloomreach, leading the Business Operations Team and driving several improvement projects related to finance processes. Kevin is responsible for embedding these improvements in the company's financial systems and applications.

Kevin Verdonschot holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from Nyenrode Business University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2011. In 2014 to 2015, they pursued further education at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, obtaining a Post-HBO AA degree in Accountancy. In 2015, they received the Winner masterthesis award from Nyenrode Business University for their outstanding work in the field.
