Luca Miccichè

Luca Miccichè is currently the Head of Sales for Italy at Bloomreach, responsible for expanding the company's footprint in the Italian market and launching the Agentic Personalization Cloud. Prior to this, Luca served as a Senior Account Executive for EMEA at Bird, achieving exceptional business results with a 226% attainment in Q2. At Salesforce, Luca held multiple roles including Account Executive across various industries and managed sales cycles within the Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors, notably achieving a 150% quota in Q4 FY23. Additional experience includes being a founding member of VRARA Ireland, which fosters collaboration in the VR/AR industry, and serving as an advisor for EARN IT!, focusing on financial education for children. Luca holds a Master of Science in International Management with a major in Digital Business from Nova School of Business and Economics and completed a decision-making program at IESE Business School.
