Marco Carucci has over a decade of work experience in various roles, primarily in customer success and account management. From October 2021, they have been working as a Strategic Account Director at Bloomreach. Prior to this, they worked at Salesforce for five years, starting in November 2016. At Salesforce, they held multiple roles, including Principal Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager, focusing on the UKI, Nordics, and Emerging Markets regions. Before joining Salesforce, Marco worked as an Account Manager at Inviqa from June 2015 to November 2016. Marco also served as an eCommerce Client Account Manager at Digital River from July 2012 to June 2015. Marco Carucci has a diverse educational background with a focus on digital marketing and business management. In 2014 and 2015, they attended Squared Online and obtained a Digital Marketing Certification for Marketing Professionals. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in e-Business Management at the University of Warwick from 2010 to 2011. Marco completed their Bachelor's Degree in Management and Business Administration at the University of Reading between 2007 and 2010. In addition to their formal education, Marco Carucci has also obtained additional certifications such as Salesforce Accelerate - People Leader from BTS in September 2021, Prosci Change Management Practitioner from CMC Partnership Global in September 2020, and an SAP ERP Diploma from SAP in May 2011.
