Matteo Giusto has extensive experience in the field of IT service management and operations. Matteo is currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Bloomreach, where they oversee the SRE and OPS teams, responsible for maintaining and supporting the cloud infrastructure and internal platforms for the Engineering Team. Matteo'skey areas of focus include automation, observability, security, performance, operational excellence, and cost optimization.
