Tom Gay

Tom Gay has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tom is currently the Vice President of Global Services at Bloomreach since August 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at SAP Hybris, where they held various leadership roles. Tom was the Head of Cloud Experience Group from March 2020 to July 2021, the GVP CX Product Success CoE from January 2019 to March 2020, the GVP Hybris Expert Services from May 2017 to December 2018, the VP PS, Americas from October 2014 to April 2017, the VP Services Programs & Go-to-Market from January 2014 to September 2014, and the Director of Partner Enablement, Americas from January 2013 to December 2013. Before joining SAP Hybris, Tom worked as the VP Sales & GM Americas at Nvizion Solutions in 2012. Tom also served as the Consulting Sales Director, Retail at Oracle from January 2011 to September 2011. In the earlier years of their career, Tom had significant experience at Art Technology Group (ATG), where they held the positions of Director, Professional Services from January 2005 to December 2010, Client Partner, Professional Services from January 2003 to December 2004, and Professional Services Engineer from May 2000 to December 2002. Tom started their career as a Systems Analyst at Procter & Gamble from June 1997 to May 2000.

Tom Gay attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1997, where they earned two Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees in Applied Physics and Computer Science, as well as a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science.
