Pari Thomson

Pari Thomson has a diverse work experience in the publishing industry. Pari started their career as an Intern at Curtis Brown Group in 2015. Pari then worked as a Bookseller at Waterstones for a brief period in 2015. In 2016, Pari joined David Fickling Books as a freelance Reader and also started working as an Editorial Assistant in the Visual Arts department at Bloomsbury Publishing Plc. Over the years, they progressed through various roles at Bloomsbury, including Editorial Assistant in Children's Books, Assistant Editor, Commissioning Editor, and Senior Commissioning Editor for the Bloomsbury Children's Books division. Currently, they hold the position of Editorial Director for Picture Books at Bloomsbury Publishing Plc.

Pari Thomson pursued their education at the University of Oxford, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from 2010 to 2013. Pari furthered their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in English Literature (1700-1830) from 2013 to 2014.
