Penny Scott-Bayfield

Penny Scott-Bayfield has a diverse range of work experience in finance and leadership roles. Penny is currently serving as the Group Finance Director at Bloomsbury Publishing Plc. Previously, they held positions such as Finance Director and Acting Finance Director at Condé Nast Britain, and Financial Control Director at Condé Nast Publications. Throughout their career, Penny has also been involved in various initiatives, including serving as a Judge for the Women of the Future Programme and the Asian Women of Achievement Awards. Additionally, they have held positions such as Chairman of the Finance Directors' Group at PPA and Group Financial Reporting Manager at lastminute.com plc. Penny began their career as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche, where they specialized in the Retail sector.

Penny Scott-Bayfield earned a Bachelor's Degree in Maths from Durham University between 1991 and 1994. In 2010, they attended the London Business School for the Essentials of Leadership program. Later, in 2017 to 2018, they participated in the CFO Programme at Deloitte.
