Rachel Shillington has extensive work experience in the publishing industry, primarily with Bloomsbury Publishing Plc. Rachel started their career with Bloomsbury in 2011 as an Editorial Assistant in Philosophy & Religious Studies. Over the years, they took on roles such as Assistant Editor in Philosophy, Commissioning Editor in Education, and eventually became the Head of Sales and Marketing for the Academic & Professional department.
