Rebecca Barden

Rebecca Barden is an accomplished publishing professional with extensive experience in the visual arts and media sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Publisher at Bloomsbury Publishing Plc since February 2013, Rebecca leads the film and media list and oversees a partnership with the British Film Institute (BFI). Previous roles include Senior Publisher at Palgrave Macmillan, where Rebecca advanced the BFI book program, and Head of Publishing at the British Film Institute, managing a team and the publishing program. Early career experience includes significant contributions at Routledge, where Rebecca enhanced the media studies list, making it one of the largest in the UK. Rebecca holds a BA (Hons) in English from the University of Cambridge.
