Joe Ulisano has a varied work experience with a focus on marketing, human resources, and consulting roles.
Their most recent position was as the President & Director of Strategy at Blossom Strategies, a senior living marketing and technology consulting firm. In this role, they led a team in providing services such as lead generation, marketing strategy development, website design, and search engine optimization for senior living communities. Joe joined the company in January 2020 and is currently still in this position.
Before joining Blossom Strategies, Joe worked as a Senior Business Consultant at CoAdvantage, a professional employer organization specializing in HR services. Joe started working at CoAdvantage in September 2021 and completed their role in September 2022.
Prior to CoAdvantage, Joe held the position of PEO Centric Sales Executive at Paychex from August 2020 to September 2021. Joe also worked as a PEO Sales Consultant at TriNet from August 2018 to August 2020, where they focused on emerging markets.
Before transitioning to the world of consulting, Joe founded Kick Ad Marketing in April 2015 and served as the owner and franchisee at Avis Budget Group from December 2013 to July 2018. Additionally, they briefly served as a USF Advisory Board Member for Digital Marketing at the University of South Florida from March 2017 to December 2017.
Joe Ulisano has an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Valencia College. Joe also has undergone studies in Organizational Behavior Studies at Rollins College. In addition to their formal education, Joe has obtained certifications in HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot Academy and Advanced Social Media Strategy Training and Certification from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, with the latter certification obtained in February 2023.
