bloXroute Labs is seeking a proactive and results- oriented Business Development and Sales Director to join our winning team. This position will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Development and Sales functions in North America and Europe
  • Manage the daily coordination and reporting of BD and Sales process
  • Guide and mentor BD and Sales team members to meet targets and cope with challenges
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve sales goals
  • Drive key BD & Sales deals, from lead generations to driving deals to successfully bring in new business
  • Navigate the industry to identify and capture business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, while growing key accounts
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies

Requirements

  • Fully remote, based in North America and flexible with work arrangements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development & Sales
  • Proven track record in closing important deals
  • In-depth business knowledge and experience with DeFi, blockchain and crypto areas
  • Excellent planning and presentation skills, ability to simplify technical data into crystal clear ideas
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative and entrepreneurial person with excellent teamwork skills and startup attitude
