YOHAN MUNUERA has extensive experience in the culinary industry, starting as a Cuisinier at RESTAURANT l'Oustal and working their way up to roles such as Sous-chef and Chef de partie at different establishments. YOHAN later founded Maison Joan and worked as a Sous-chef at le chardons. YOHAN then transitioned into the field of recruitment, holding roles as Fusion Recruitment Manager and Coordinator at BLR WORLD and Barker Langham Recruitment. YOHAN also has a degree in Arts culinaires / formation de chef cuisinier from Lycee hôtelier de Béziers.
