Jayne Michalek has a diverse work experience in marketing, starting with their role as an Advertising Manager at Lansing Community College in 2004. Jayne then worked as a Multimedia Marketing Coordinator at Central Michigan Life in 2007 and as an ATM/Card Service Specialist and Financial Services Representative at Kitsap Credit Union from 2009 to 2013.

In 2013, Jayne became a Graduate Assistant at Quinnipiac Magazine and later joined Connecticut Public Broadcasting Network as a WNPR News Production Intern in 2014. Jayne also worked as a Member Service Representative at Navy Federal Credit Union during that time.

From 2015 to 2018, Jayne served as a Legal/Marketing Assistant at Tobin, Carberry, O'Malley, Riley & Selinger, P.C., where they developed and executed strategic marketing strategies.

In 2018, Jayne joined Community Brands as a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, responsible for planning and implementing ongoing employer marketing activities. Jayne was then promoted to Marketing Manager in 2018, where they led and controlled diversified marketing activities and high-performing marketing campaigns.

Jayne'smost recent position was at BLR, where Jayne held various roles. Jayne started as a Product Marketing Manager in 2019, leading cross-functional marketing teams and developing comprehensive marketing plans. In 2021, they became the Director of Product Marketing, overseeing go-to-market strategies and brand management initiatives. In 2023, they were promoted to the position of Director of Marketing.

Throughout their career, Jayne has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Jayne Michalek pursued their education in a chronological order. Jayne started by attending Lansing Community College from 2004 to 2007, where they completed a MACROA program specifically designed for transfer students. Following that, they attended Central Michigan University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.

In 2013, Jayne enrolled at Quinnipiac University, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Journalism. Jayne completed their studies at Quinnipiac University in 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Jayne Michalek has obtained various certifications. Jayne acquired the "Google Analytics for Beginners" certification from Google Analytics Academy in June 2019. Furthermore, they have obtained numerous certifications related to marketing and branding. Some of these certifications include "Digital Marketing Strategies" (Kellogg Executive Education, August 2022), "Marketing Foundations" (LinkedIn, May 2022), and "Branding Foundations" (LinkedIn, January 2022), among others.
