Adriel Osorio has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Adriel then joined The Tile Shop, starting as a Sales Representative and receiving a promotion to Assistant Manager. Adriel opened a brand new store in a new market, coaching and training new hires.

Afterwards, Adriel worked at TELUS Communications as a Tier 1 Tech Support representative for Google Project Fi. Their responsibilities included providing tech support through multiple channels and ensuring high quality and customer survey scores.

Most recently, Adriel worked at Enjoy Technology, Inc. as a Sales Manager, overseeing sales operations.

Currently, Adriel is employed at Blu Commercial Cleaning as an Operations Director. Adriel manages a team of cleaning staff, implements operational policies and procedures, and ensures customer satisfaction through feedback and issue resolution.
