Japneet Gill

Japneet Gill, CHRL, has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and people operations. Japneet is currently working as the Director of People Operations at Blu Ivy, where they help organizations build exceptional employee experiences and high-performance cultures. Previously, Japneet worked at Indellient Inc. as the Human Resources Director and Head of Human Resources, where they tripled the employee headcount and implemented a performance management framework. Japneet also served as the Head of People Operations at ShuttleOps. Japneet has experience in various HR roles at Parmalat Canada, the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Ontario, CGA Ontario, and Inventa. Overall, they have a strong background in HR strategy, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Japneet Gill, CHRL, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Human Resources from Western University in the years 2007 to 2011. In addition, they earned a Professional Certificate in Project Management from the same institution, completing it in the period from 2010 to 2012. Japneet also holds certifications as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, which they obtained in 2019, and as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from the Human Resources Professionals Association, which they acquired in 2015.
