Georgia Delis

Georgia Delis is an experienced Human Resources professional with a substantial background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Glenview Public Library since June 2022, Georgia previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at the AIDS Foundation of Chicago, where key accomplishments included increasing the staff size from 56 to 140 employees and implementing an organization-wide Job Leveling Structure.
