João Mendes

João Mendes started their work experience in 2018 as a Summer Intern at INESC Technology and Science - Associate Laboratory. João then worked as a Full Stack Developer at ikuTeam, where they contributed to the development of a Confluence Add-on using node.js, Angular, postgresSQL, and redis. João also had experience with complex GitFlow and worked on all aspects of the product development in an Agile environment. After that, they had another Summer Internship at INESC Technology and Science - Associate Laboratory. Currently, they are a Back End Developer at Blub Blub Inc., starting in 2020.

João Mendes completed their secondary education in the field of Sciences and Technologies at Escola Básica e Secundária de Lousada Norte, Lustosa from 2013 to 2015. João then pursued a Master's Integrated degree in Engineering, specializing in Computer Engineering and Computing, at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto from 2015 to 2020. João furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Computer and Information Science from 2019 to 2020.
