Shobhitha A S has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Shobhitha began their career in 2017 as an Information Technology Recruiter at Sunrise Systems, Inc., focusing on USA Recruitment. In 2019, they joined Ellucian as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where they had a contract position and handled in-house recruitment. In 2020, they moved to Infinity Quest and worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, specializing in in-house recruitment. Shobhitha then transitioned to their current role at Blubirch as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources, with a specific focus on talent acquisition and human resources.

Shobhitha A S completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing & HR at Mysore University in Mysore from 2022 to 2024. Before pursuing their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Coorg Institute Of Technology.
