Giovanni Fontana Giusti is an accomplished professional in strategy management consulting with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, and brand management. Giovanni has held significant roles such as Post Merge Integration and Market Development at BLUCLAD S.p.A. and Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant at GBA Group since 2021. As the Founder and CEO of Stradé, Giovanni has overseen consulting operations in Italy and France. Previous positions include Ad Interim CFO at B&G SRL Firenze, where strategic options were provided for cost management, and CEO of Eurofins Italia, responsible for the integration of multiple acquired business units. Giovanni also successfully turned around the brand Parakian and co-founded the fashion brand Barons Papillom. Giovanni’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Business and Maths from Ecole Polytechnique and an MBA from INSEAD.
