Kaustav has over 15+ years of experience in Operations, Business Development and Branch Operations across various industries like Banking, IT/ITES, Insurance and Telecom. He is a Advanced Diploma holder in Business Management from ICFAI University and has been associated with various brands like GE Capital, ICICI, Tata Telecom ,Tata AIA and Rage Frameworks (currently Genpact) before joining bluCognition.

In his present role as a Project Manager in bluCognition, he uses his proficiency in managing business operations with key focus on top & bottom line of business partners by ensuring optimal utilization of resources, with the highest quality on time deliverables.
