Lori St. John is an experienced content manager and technical writer with a strong background in XML DITA documentation and project management. Currently serving as a Content Manager at Blue Acorn iCi, Lori leads a team in a significant migration project involving 40,000 DITA XML topics and provides training on DITA and XML Documentation for Adobe Experience Manager. With over a decade-long tenure at MESH Communications Group, Inc., Lori has contributed to various writing and editing projects for multiple clients, including creating installation guides and manuals for smart devices. Previous roles include serving as a DITA Solution Analyst at Artech Information System and a contract technical writer at Micro Focus and KAIA Communications. Lori began a professional career as a Senior Technical Writer at Serena Software, where accomplishments included pioneering XML DITA-based publishing processes. Lori holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from Lewis & Clark College.
