Mindy S. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mindy started their career at Blanc & Otus as an Account Supervisor, where they focused on earned media, media relations, event planning, and account management. Mindy then moved on to ThirdAge Media, LLC. as a Public Relations Manager, where they excelled in speaker placement, presentation development, marketing message development, and media relations. Mindy also secured executive keynote speaking engagements for the CEO and coached executives for media opportunities.

After that, they joined Weber Shandwick/Red Whistle as a Senior Account Supervisor, leading the PR launch of an e-learning software company and handling business development tasks. Mindy later worked as an Independent/PR Consultant, specializing in communications plan development, customer engagement programs, corporate storytelling, earned media, and stakeholder communications. During this time, they successfully launched a video game addressing childhood obesity with the National Institute of Health and secured a game review in The New York Times.

Mindy then joined Northlich as a Communications & Reputation Building expert, where they managed the corporate communications business for clients such as P&G, United Way's Success By 6, and Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Mindy designed and implemented employee engagement and stakeholder communications plans for internal business units at P&G. Following this, Mindy worked at Pandora as a Communications Contractor.

Mindy then took on a role at Procter & Gamble as a Contractor in Communications, specializing in stakeholder communications, employee engagement, global internal communications, and C-level executive communications. Mindy played a crucial role in developing global external and internal communications plans and programs that supported the business strategy and priorities across various internal business functions.

Mindy's next role was at Calio Communications, where they served as the Managing Member and Senior Consultant for over a decade. During this time, they provided consulting services and managed various projects. Mindy recently transitioned to the Blue Alliance IT company, formerly known as Path Forward, where they started as the Director of Communications before being promoted to Vice President of Communications. Mindy currently holds this position and is responsible for overseeing the company's communications strategies and activities. In addition, they also hold the position of VP of Communications at Tier1MRO, a subsidiary of Blue Alliance IT.

Mindy S. holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism & Communications from the University of Oregon.
