Elizabeth Lim

Elizabeth Lim is an accomplished leader in equity, diversity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at Blue Ant Media since June 2022. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Indigo from December 2020 to June 2022 and served as the National Diversity Officer at BDC for 14 years. Earlier in Elizabeth's career, roles included Commercial Banking Analyst at TD Bank and Secondary School Teacher with the District School Board Ontario North East. Elizabeth's foundational experience includes a Research and Policy Assistant role with the Ontario Government, focusing on employment equity. Elizabeth holds a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Assessment from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Windsor, along with an Honours Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science from the University of Toronto.
