Kelly Payne

Kelly Payne has over 18 years of work experience in the media industry. Kelly currently holds the position of Senior Director of Business Affairs, Content and Production Financing at Blue Ant Media since November 2021. Before that, they were the Director of Business Affairs at the same company from December 2020 to November 2021. Prior to joining Blue Ant Media, Kelly was a Board Member at Spacefy starting from July 2019. Kelly worked as a Program Consultant for Film and Television at Ontario Creates from April 2009 to December 2020. Kelly also held the role of Manager of Business Affairs at Rogers Media in 2008 and was a Programming Manager at Bell Media from 2002 to 2008.

Kelly Payne completed a WIFT Toronto Media Leadership program at Schulich ExecEd in 2023. Kelly also holds a Certificate in Stakeholder Relations from Schulich School of Business - York University. Kelly has a Bachelor of Fine Arts Honours in BFHA from York University, and they also obtained a Degree-Diploma in Media Arts from Sheridan College.
