Previously, Chris held several leadership positions, including Chief Engineer at XL Fleet and Principal at CDBrock Consulting, focusing on emerging technologies and financial performance improvements. Chris's extensive background includes a significant tenure at Ricardo North America, where roles spanned from Vice President of Technology & Strategy to Director of Product Groups. Early career experience includes positions at Torotrak, where Chris directed business strategies for automotive markets, and at Rover Group, where responsibilities encompassed transmission systems and calibration. Chris holds a BSc (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from Bangor University.
