Diane Davis

Diane Davis is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Sargento Foods Inc. since January 2019, Diane previously held key positions at Whirlpool Corporation, where leadership included managing a centralized Advanced Engineering global team and directing a 350-person refrigeration engineering team. At Navistar Inc., Diane served as Chief Engineer and Engineering Lean Leader, facilitating lean transformation for a large engineering team. A strong background in program management and strategic technology development was further developed at Sanden International and Visteon Corporation, where Diane led cross-functional teams in innovation and significant cost-saving initiatives. Diane holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
