Karun Kapil has over 17 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. In 2021, they began working as the Senior Sales Director- APAC at Blue Arcus Technologies, Inc. From 2011 to 2021, they held various roles at Vihaan Networks Ltd, including Director Business Development - SEA & Oceania and Head Solution Sales - South East Asia. From 2008 to 2011, they were the Head Solution Sales- Key Account at Huawei Telecommunications Pvt Ltd. Karun was an Assistant Manager at Idea Cellular Ltd from 2007 to 2008, a Sr Engineer at Award Solutions Pvt Ltd from 2006 to 2007, and a L3 Level at Reliance Communications from 2004 to 2006.

Karun Kapil completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Dr B R Ambedkar University, Agra in 2003, having started their studies in 1999.
