Jason Hale - CertRP has a strong background in recruitment, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Jason started their career in various recruitment roles, where they worked as a Senior Consultant from 2001 to 2005.

In 2006, Jason joined Blue Arrow as a Senior Consultant, where they successfully grew and developed the transport sector of the business. Jason achieved significant financial results, increasing the weekly driving margin from £660 p/week to over £2450 p/week in just six weeks. This success allowed him to move on to other sectors and projects within the branch.

Jason then took on the role of Sector Manager at the Burton on Trent Branch, where they were responsible for managing and developing the Industrial & Transport sector. Jason ensured that suitable candidates were sourced and recruited to meet client demands, and played a key role in the overall business development of the sector.

In 2008, Jason was promoted to Branch Manager, overseeing the Burton on Trent, Derbyshire & Lichfield areas. Jason worked closely with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and created a bespoke recruitment offering tailored to their requirements. Jason's approach emphasized a partnership with clients to deliver a forward-thinking and innovative service.

From 2012 to 2013, Jason held the position of Executive Manager, where they not only managed a high street branch but also contributed to the AWR project team and served as a regional marketing champion. Jason collaborated with the marketing team to generate new marketing ideas and implement initiatives across the network. Additionally, Jason provided mentorship and support to new branch managers in the region.

In 2013, Jason became the Business Director at Blue Arrow, focusing on the driving, warehousing, and manufacturing sectors. Jason'srole involved closely working with clients to understand their business needs and managing a team to offer a bespoke and unrivaled service. Jason's partnership approach with clients allowed him to implement initiatives and ideas to continuously improve the service offered by Blue Arrow.

Jason Hale attended ST Michaels C of E High School from 1990 to 1996. During their time there, they studied subjects such as English, Maths, Art, and English Literature.

In addition to their high school education, Jason Hale obtained a certification called CertRP - Certificate in Recruitment Practice, from the institution REC in June 2007.
