Caitlin Ross is currently a consultant at Blue Beyond Consulting. Caitlin previously worked as a Regional Program Director for Not For Sale, a global anti-trafficking organization, from January 2012 to October 2015. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and growth of Not For Sale programs in the U.S. and Europe annually, including budget planning, project management, impact analysis and evaluation, and identifying and securing pro-bono resources. Ross also cultivated a network of Bay Area companies participating in social inclusion and the provision of training and employment opportunities for survivors of trafficking, and they managed and nurtured relationships with donors, foundations and corporations. In addition, Ross co-led the implementation of Not For Sale's first grant from the European Commission, focused on corporate social inclusion for survivors of trafficking, and they participated in organization-wide strategic planning as relates to the growth and development of Not For Sale's international programs.

During their time at Not For Sale, Ross designed, planned and conducted research into the nature of human trafficking and response, examining over 200 cases of trafficking in collaboration with foundational, academic and community partners, including Silicon Valley Community Foundation and USF McCarthy Center. Caitlin also designed, planned, organized, and co-led an intensive “Reinvent San Francisco” think-tank event for 50+ leaders of industry. Ross co-led in the development of a three-year strategic plan for Not For Sale's U.S. programs.

Caitlin Ross has a background in high performance leadership from their time at IMD. Caitlin also has experience in making a living wage a reality through their work with Social Accountability International (SAI). Lastly, they have a MA in Arabic and Psychology from The University of Edinburgh.
