Jessica Cross Rohman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and workplace culture consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Engagement Lead at Blue Beyond Consulting since January 2019, Jessica collaborates with executive teams at Fortune 500 companies to implement strategic initiatives in areas such as mission development, performance management, and diversity and inclusion.
