Karen Pegg

Karen is a consultant, with over 8 years of experience in corporate communications, HR consulting, change management, and people operations and has worked with a wide variety of industries ranging from banking and private equity, to biotech and industrial engineering.

Most recently, Karen worked at Lola Digital Media in a number of roles – and ultimately saw a need in the organization and took the initiative to propose, design, and take on the role as the Director of People Operations. As the Director of People Operations, Karen managed internal operations, established the HR systems, and led all aspects of corporate communications.
