Mariah Cherniss

Mariah Cherniss is the Head of Consulting Excellence at Blue Beyond Consulting, where Mariah works on strategic visioning and planning, employee engagement programs, change management, and more. Mariah founded World Beyond Tours to provide unique travel experiences and has experience in internal communication, employee engagement, and research. Mariah also has a BA in Communications with a minor in Leadership Studies from the University of Southern California.
