Marta Costa

Marta Costa has extensive experience in impact-focused program management and corporate social responsibility, currently serving as an Associate and Programme Manager at maze impact since February 2021, while also holding the position of Operations Manager at Blue Bio Value since May 2021. Previously, Marta worked as a Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Project Manager at Born, leading projects aimed at enhancing social and environmental impacts for corporates. Early career roles include scouting impact startups for the Maze X acceleration programme and interning in acceleration initiatives, along with research and analysis internships at Ipsos Apeme and MSTF Partners. Marta holds a Master of Science in Management from Lund University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Political Science from NOVA FCSH, complemented by an Erasmus experience at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
