E-commerce Operations Specialist / Associate

Blue Bottle Coffee is a passionate and fast-growing team striving to be the undisputed leader in specialty coffee - leading from seed to cup to culture. In Korea, we are expanding our business with new hires as we aim to enhance our digital guest experience, which is one of the global strategies of Blue Bottle. As a member of the important sales channel team ‘E-Commerce’ with cafe business, you will directly report to the E-commerce Manager and work with the E-commerce & Growth Director leading the team as your dotted report line.

You will :

  • Manage daily operation of e-commerce services(Kakao Gift Shop, Naver, Brand.com)
  • Create daily/ weekly/ monthly reports to track key performance indicators
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth process of order fulfillment, packaging, stock management, delivery and customer service
  • Work closely with related departments (SCM/ CS/ Finance) for E-com business operation
  • Support to develop consumer-related contents (E-mail/ SMS) with Brand team
  • Seek for improvements related to the current system and implement a new system/solution that helps increase operational efficiency, OMS, WMS systems

  • Guest focused. Interested in what our guests want and do on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Up to date on the latest e-commerce trends and enjoy digital experiences
  • Analytical and data-obsessed, always seeking internal and external data to validate the approach and optimize results further
  • Collaborative and value perspectives other than your own
  • Clear and effective communicator in both conversation and written word
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize while not letting anything drop

You have :

  • Intermediate English level (Reading and Writing)
  • E-commerce order & project management experience
  • Extensive experience with Excel, PowerPoint
  • 2+ years of related experience (FMCG is plus)
  • Experience in global e-commerce platforms (inc. D2C service) is a plus
  • Experience in middleware (e.g -Shopify Plus) is a plus
  • A profound love of coffee—while not required, it will make your role significantly more delicious!
