Aditi Jain

Aditi Jain has a diverse work experience. Aditi joined Blue Bottle Coffee in 2020, where they initially served as the Director of Ecommerce before being promoted to the position of Senior Director of Global Ecommerce. Prior to that, Aditi worked at Levi Strauss & Co. starting in 2015. Aditi was involved in various roles, including being a Co-Founder of the &Co. Ventures, New Ventures arm within LS&Co., where they were responsible for defining strategies and launching niche direct-to-consumer brands. Aditi also contributed to Levi's global direct-to-consumer growth and strategy team, focusing on new market entry and global ecommerce expansion. Before joining Levi Strauss & Co., Aditi gained valuable experience working at Zovi.com, the first DTC apparel startup in India. Aditi held the position of Senior Manager and was responsible for site merchandising, content marketing, strategy, and operations. Aditi's early career started at Schlumberger in 2007 as an Industrial Intern before progressing to the role of Wireline Senior Field Engineer, where they managed a business unit and led a team of multicultural consultants.

Aditi Jain holds a B.Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Aditi has also pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/ General Management from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
