Elvira N. Corey

Elvira N. Corey currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Blue Bottle Coffee since December 2021. Prior to this role, Elvira Corey gained extensive experience at Nike, where positions included VP of HR Global Technology, overseeing HR leadership for 9,000 global employees across multiple geographies, and VP of Human Resources for Europe, the Middle East, and South Africa, managing a significant HR organization with 15,000 employees and $11.2 billion in revenue. Elvira Corey also held various roles at Nike since 1999, including Sr. Director HR for General Management and as HR Manager for Retail. Earlier in Elvira Corey's career, significant experience was obtained at Nordstrom as Human Resources Director. Elvira Corey holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Leadership with a minor in Project Management from George Fox University.
