Eric Pescador

Eric Pescador is an experienced procurement and operations professional with a strong background in cafe management and specialty coffee. Since June 2015, Eric has held multiple roles at Blue Bottle Coffee, including Procurement Program Manager, Operations and New Cafe Opening Project Manager, and Cafe Leader, where responsibilities included creating processes for new cafe openings and managing stores in Los Angeles and New York City. Prior to this, Eric spent nearly a decade at Peet's Coffee as a Manager. Eric's educational background includes studies at Laney College from 2003 to 2005.
