Kelly Sanchez is an experienced professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as the Roastery Operations Manager for Blue Bottle Coffee since November 2019, managing operations for roasting facilities in West Sacramento, CA, and Brooklyn, NY. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as a Research and Development Specialist at Blue Bottle Coffee Company from 2016 to February 2023, specializing in coffee brewing equipment and methods, supported by an Arabica Q Grader certification. Kelly's background also includes over a decade in the performing arts as an actor, encompassing various disciplines such as singing, dancing, choreography, and sketch comedy. Kelly holds a degree in Theater from San Francisco State University, completed between 2008 and 2010.
