Megan Conversano

Megan Conversano currently serves as a Senior People Operations (HRIS) Analyst at Blue Bottle Coffee since November 2023. As the Owner of Mr. P’s Colorful Creations since June 2020, Megan has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Previous experience includes a role as a Product Support Engineer at UKG from February 2019 to November 2023, as well as positions in education and customer service, including STEM Teacher at Code Wiz and Aquatics Specialist at Petco. Megan's educational background includes pursuing a degree in Security Management and Emergency Management at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Quinsigamond Community College.
