Robert Hage, MBA has a wealth of experience in the financial and service industries. Robert began their career in 2007 as a Valet Manager for TK Valet, where they provided valet services at various locations in the Buffalo area and was promoted to manager after one year of employment. In 2010, they moved to HSBC Bank USA N.A. as a Mortgage Processor. Two years later, they joined M&T Bank as an SBA Analyst and Accounting Research Specialist, where they balanced the ATM general ledger, researched errors and made adjusting entries to credit or debit customers, and reconciled Brinks and Loomis ATM cash accounts daily. In 2014, they began working for both Seneca Mortgage Servicing LLC as a Payoff Specialist and Blue Bridge Financial, LLC as a Small Business Loan Analyst.

Robert Hage, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Medaille University, which they obtained in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University at Buffalo in 2010.
