Martins Kruklis

Martins Kruklis has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Sales Representative for RMK Korporacija, where they were responsible for direct sales and wholesale of hologram bracelets to major sports retail outlets in Latvia. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative for Ibanpay, providing customer service through email, telephone, and chat, as well as providing English-Italian translations of various marketing copy. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Project Analyst for SIA "EEA Smart". From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Account & Product Manager for SIA 3D GURU. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Plug and Play Tech Center as a Ventures Analyst and Ventures Associate, where they were responsible for sourcing startups for IoT and Mobility stage-agnostic accelerator programs, conducting investment due diligence, and organizing business introductions. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Business Development Representative for Baltic3D Factory, where they were responsible for leading market research, developing and implementing commercial plans and strategies, and coordinating internal business processes, sales, and marketing. Finally, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Business Development Lead for AM Craft - Additive Manufacturing Services, where they were responsible for developing a segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategy, implementing lead generation strategies, and marketing management.

Martins Kruklis has an extensive education history. From 2010 to 2013, they attended Riga Graduate School of Law and received a Bachelor's Degree in Law & Business. From 2014 to 2018, they attended both SBS Swiss Business School and Banku Augstskola, receiving a Master of Business Administration in International Finance and Banking and a Master of Finance in International Finance and Banking, respectively. In addition, Martins has obtained several certifications, including Automated Software Testing from Acodemy in July 2022, Introduction to Software Testing and Video Conferencing Application Testing Fundamentals from TDL School in February 2022, Intermediate Spreadsheets and Data Analysis in Spreadsheets from DataCamp in April and March 2020, respectively, and Software Development Basics from Riga Coding School in December 2019.
