Fabian Bracher

Fabian Bracher serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Blue Cap AG since October 2023, while also holding the same position at faircouture.com since January 2021. Previously, Fabian was the Head of Finance/CFO at SCREEN from June 2017 to October 2023, overseeing finance and administration for the EMEA region, along with serving as Company Secretary for multiple SCREEN subsidiaries. Prior experience includes a tenure at ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG as Director & Business Partner Finance, managing financial reporting and integration for eCommerce subsidiaries, as well as managerial roles at Deloitte LLP and Deloitte & Touche GmbH focusing on IFRS, technical accounting, valuations, and due diligence. Fabian holds educational credentials from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and the University of Arizona.
