Kristin Goulet

Kristin Goulet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer and partner success management within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Blue Cedar Partners since September 2022, Kristin previously held significant roles at Rented, including Director of Partner Success and Partner Success Manager, from August 2018 to August 2022. Prior to Rented, Kristin built and led the Human Resources Department at Island Realty from April 2007 to August 2018, where responsibilities included managing full life cycle hiring and benefits administration. Kristin also has a strong background in guest services, having held various positions at Island Realty, including Guest Services Manager and Vacation Planner. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the College of Charleston and completed secondary education at Milton High School in Massachusetts.
