John Kusching

John Kusching has over 40 years of experience in the engineering field. John began their career in 1982 as a Senior Design Engineer at Kearfott Guidance and Navigation. John then moved to Intellon Corporation in 1996 as a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer. In 1998, they became Vice President of Engineering at Leda Systems. John then moved to NEC in 2000 as a System Design Manager. In 2001, they returned to Leda Systems, Inc. as Vice President of Engineering. In 2003, they became Vice President of Engineering at Qualcore Logic. In 2006, they were hired as Senior Director of RF and Analog IC Design at WiQuest Communications. In 2008, they became Director of Analog IC Design at Solarflare Communications. In 2014, they were hired as Design Engineering Director (AMS) at Cadence Design Systems. Most recently, in 2022, they became Vice President of Design Engineering at Blue Cheetah Analog Design, Inc.

John Kusching attained a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (BEE) from the University of Delaware between 1977 and 1981, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
