Theresa Kuhlemier pursued their education at Sauk Valley College from 1978 to 1980, earning an Associates in Applied Science degree. Theresa then went on to attend Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois, from 1980 to 1982, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
