Spencer Chang

Spencer Chang is currently a Senior Solutions Analyst at Blue Corona. Prior to that, they were the Digital Marketing & Operations Manager at Asian Marketing Services from October 2012 to April 2015.

Spencer Chang started their career at Asian Marketing Services in an administrative role, supporting the CEO and account executives through market research, communicating with clients and media, scheduling meetings, and screening candidates, all while learning about the advertising industry. As the quality of their work was met with approval, their responsibilities increased to include developing marketing material for the company and researching new industries and services in which to expand their business.

One of these expansions, which became their primary role with AMS, was the development of their Internet and social media marketing services. Working with consultants and business partners, as well as personally learning through online resources, they launched their Web Services in mid-2013. They successfully worked with a number of small and mid-size business clients, providing website design, social media content management, SEO, Internet ads, blog writing, and email marketing.

Spencer Chang also took on more managerial responsibilities, including drafting proposals, overseeing media planning, handling accounting & payroll, implementing CRM and other efficiency solutions, and training new employees for their online marketing services.

Spencer Chang has a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and an AAS in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts - Chicago. Spencer also has high school diploma from Montgomery Blair High School. In addition, they have multiple certifications from various organizations, including SCRUMstudy, Udemy, Simplilearn, and Google.
