Cortney Chancy

Cortney Chancy has over two decades of experience in quality management and operations within the healthcare and insurance industries. Currently serving as the Department Manager of Quality Management at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama since November 2005, Cortney has also held positions such as Manager of Quality Management and CMS Risk Operations Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Business Analyst at ProAssurance from 2004 to 2005 and serving as a Software Trainer and Client Relations Specialist at TractManager from 2001 to 2004. Cortney Chancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama, earned between 1996 and 2000.
