Hayes Spicer

Hayes Spicer has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a District Account Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama since March 2019. In this role, Hayes manages a diverse Book of Business with Employer Groups ranging from 2 to 1,000 subscribers, directing plan strategies across various products including medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, life, and disability. Prior to this position, Hayes worked as a District Sales Support Representative at the same company, assisting with sales and service for small to mid-size employers. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Underwriter at Bass Underwriters and a Sales Intern at Gallagher. Hayes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Troy University, completed in 2017, and graduated from Elba High School in 2013.
