Heather Quinn possesses extensive experience in healthcare operations and management. Currently serving as Operations Manager in Facility Contracting at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama since September 2018, Heather has previously held roles as Provider Network Consultant II and in various positions at Kassouf Healthcare Solutions, LLC, and Cigna-HealthSpring.
